Diode Laser Systems

The Lumics Diode Laser Systems are based on hermetically sealed and burn-in tested single emitters. The main advantages of Lumics Diode Laser Systems are:

low operating current since single emitter diodes are operated in series
more precised optical output power control
simpler Diode Laser driver design (low current higher voltage)
higher lifetime due to burn-in testing and screening of the individual laser diodes
Lumics can provide power supplies and drivers for any of the OEM laser heads

Note 1:	All our broad area single emitters do have a +/-10nm wavelength tolerance; we can select tighter specifications on request
Note 2:	If you do not find your wavelengths (790-1550nm), please contact us; we do specific wavelengths on an individual wafer-basis
Note 3:	All packages do have a fiber connector (SMA or D80) for an easy exchange of the output fiber. Customers can use their own patch cords. If you request free beam lasers, please contact us
